AN INTRODUCTION: Tiamat is a 5' x 90' drawing installed in the West Gallery at the Salt Lake Arts Council's Finch Lane Gallery. For a floorplan of the gallery and images of the full work, click "Images" in the top right corner of this page.
Tiamat will be up until November 4th, at which point it will be dissected into smaller sections according to the suggestions of gallery patrons. To see some of these suggestions, click "remixes" in the top right corner. To make your own suggestions, or select a portion of the drawing for purchase, click on "Images" and follow the instructions.

I have begun to reorganize previous posts. You can find those posts using the menu options in the top right of this page. I will continue to post on this page first and will later archive them above. I have included on this page some posts that don't fit into any of the above categories.
THE FINAL CUT

Friday November 3rd is the last day of the exhibition and on the 4th we will be getting out the scissors. This is the final version of what has been taken out of Tiamat. If you still want a piece please let me know -- 801.661.2010

On Saturday we will begin cutting up Tiamat at about 9:30 am. Feel free to come by and take a look or pick up your piece. You will have to come to the side (south) door to get in. Finch Lane Gallery is the old Art Barn, located in Resevoir Park. On 100 South between 13th and 14th East you will see a small side street (Finch Lane). That's the place.

After a great opening Friday night (thanks everyone for coming) I finally washed all the pastel dust off my hands and found my way to a comfortable bed. When I woke up, it was Monday. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get images up (and unfortunately they are still not the best; I will upload others once my photographer friend takes them) and I appreciate everyone's patience. If you click the "Images" link at the top right of the page you can see the full work, see what has already been purchased, and download the images to begin selecting your own section. Or, if you just want to have fun with it, download the images, make some remixes and email them to me and I'll post them.
